Crash Replacement Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At VIP Performance Parts, we want you to ride with confidence. Our Crash Replacement Guarantee is designed to support our customers in the event of a road accident. Please review the following terms regarding eligibility and the claims process.
 

1. The Offer
If a slip-on exhaust purchased from vipperformanceparts.co.uk is damaged beyond repair in a road accident, we will replace the item free of charge, up to a maximum value of £500.
 

2. Eligibility
* Original Purchaser: This offer applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
* Timeframe: This guarantee is valid for (12 months) from the date of original purchase.
* Qualifying Items: This offer applies exclusively to slip-on exhausts. Full systems or other parts are excluded unless otherwise stated.
 

3. Claim Requirements
To process a replacement, the customer must provide:
* Photographic evidence of the damaged exhaust on the motorcycle.
* Proof of Accident: A valid police report reference number or an insurance claim reference number to verify that a genuine accident occurred.
* Return of Damaged Part: The damaged exhaust must be returned to VIP Performance Parts before the replacement is dispatched. Postage costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
 

4. Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:
* Damage caused during track days, racing events, or closed-circuit competition.
* Damage caused by improper installation or neglect.
* Cosmetic damage (scratches or dents) where the exhaust is still functional and safe to use.
* Theft or loss of the motorcycle.

5. Value Cap

The replacement covers the cost of the exhaust up to £500. If the current price of the replacement unit exceeds £500, the customer is liable to pay the difference. No cash alternative is offered.
